CIA Design of Strain Reduction

That's right, your decisions about your life are the only thing that individuals already have direct control over. When you realize this, it becomes form of confronting and sort of liberating all simultaneously. What do you do using this type of information, how the only thing that I have total control over are the decisions that I make?
Stop looking to control items that you have no treating. Amazing if you ask me how much energy people waste trying to control stuff that they maybe have influence over, but in many cases should just accept. I'll also state that with regards to issues that you have zero influence over, I wouldn't spend much time talking or complaining about them. It's simply a drain on the energy. Are you catching yourself wanting to control stuff that you really should just accept? Notice that, and I would change your mind on that.
When you realize that this only thing you have total control over will be your decisions, be responsible for that decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things prove poorly. I am saying it requires responsibility to the decision which you make. That's when you start governing the controllables and seeing the outcomes that you really need to see.
I don't play a whole lot of poker, but one thing that I be familiar with is always that winning at cards, specifically poker, includes a touch to do with they read more that you are dealt, and it features a huge amount to do with the method that you make decisions and play the cards which you're dealt.
